This fitness class involves repeated high-intensity intervals broken up by short periods of rest or low-intensity exercise throughout the whole workout. Expect exercises that rapidly rise your heart rate, boosting your maximal aerobic capacity and exercise efficiency. Broken up HIIT periods will also assist your aerobic cardio.

Yes and no. You don’t need a smart to get access to the live or on-demand workouts. However, if you would like to score points after every workout to then use for rewards, you WILL need a smart watch to prove you have completed the workouts and for max & average heart rates to be calculated into scores. If you don’t have a smart watch and don’t want to spend a lot of money for one. Then add a smart watch to your membership for a discounted price.
Earn points from completing workouts and connecting your fitness tracker. Send in your average heart rate & max heart rate for extra points. Points can be spent on small, medium and large prizes within our rewards shop.
All you need is a 2 x 2m space and your phone or laptop. Ideally a yoga matt for floor exercises. There is classes with the option of using kettlebells and dumbbells, however all classes can be done with your own bodyweight. If you have a fitness tracker you can track your heart rate, send in a screenshot of your workout performance and earn points.
Join a live or on demand workout and start our fitness tracker so that it monitors your heart rate. Once you have completed the workout, screenshot your performance from the app (average heart rate & max heart rate). Fill out the points to prizes form and send with performance screenshot to earn points.
